as the previous “UNNAMED TOWERS” project is over (and i’m still touching it up…), i’ll update this..slowly…

diagrams + layout

a figure ground diagram describes the circulation concept: intake+infuse; users are drawn into the podium structure and allowed to filter through into the building “bars”. in and out.

the podium level “bars” are then arranged around this central “courtyard”, interrupted by a self-contained art-gallery bar.

travelling up to the office floors is facilitated by the main elevator cores and a secondary inter-office stair well
