relating to the previous cube and bubble studies, we return to the site; three vignettes are generated describing the entry, flow, and final destination of the soon-to-be-designed performance space. i took the chance to go a lil crazy while i have the chance. goth, exorcist, ringu. nice.
the sequence not only acts as a provocative set of creepy women, but informs the desired mood of the project: a surreal and uncomfortable existence. the uniting element, the white threads, plays an increasingly dramatic role through the set: tying down, holding together two repelling elements, and tearing apart. these simple threads will act to inform continuing work.
this final image is part of the next iteration set, progressing from the surreal nature to surreal architecture.
