tin ha dunks

the concept for this pair of shoes was “tin ha”. this chinese phrase, “under the heavens” is referred to in jet li’s “hero”, where this phrase turns the assassin into a martyr for the unity of the kingdom. the other, the chinese comic “tin ha” [storm rider], tells a story of warriors with elemental powers fighting for domination of the kingdoms.

two days, a few sketches, and a bottle of acetone. my first shot at sneaker customizing, and it turned out pretty sweet.
