the holidays with andrea have been one big cook-fest. today, we are baking a New York Cheesecake. it’s currently still in the oven, but here’s the work so far. above is the crust on the frying pan.

mixing the cheese-ey filling. i won’t let you in on the amount of stuff that goes in here. you’ll cut cheesecake out of your life if you knew.

zesting and juicing lemons. zesting feels like stripping a lemon of its clothes…violently with a grater.

ahh. reminiscing about the good ol’ days of buffet-ing makes me hungry!!!

niagara falls

just came back from a trip to niagra falls with andrea + her fam. walked around a bunch…took a bunch of photos…ate a lot of food…and had a lot of fun!

well, not so dramatic…but the 3B term is officially over, and i’m itching to do more projects already!! me and andrea are gearing up to tackle some major comps. but in the meantime, i’m getting some much-beloved sleep!
